Body-Doubling Study Space: Prepare for finals while encouraging mutual accountability!
Looking for a dedicated space to complete work and stay on task, with some soft accountability from others?
Body doubling is a study technique in which you complete your own projects around another person or group of people to stay focused, motivated, and efficient. This strategy can be helpful for anyone who would like a little support with getting started on tasks, avoiding distraction — or who could simply benefit from a slightly more structured study environment.
Come and join ASLA in the week before finals to work and study alongside other students with timed breaks and light snacks!
Fall 2025 body-doubling dates & times to be announced soon.
Watch for additional offerings in winter quarter!
